Moose Knuckles offers a 30-day return policy for all unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached to ensure your absolute satisfaction. Please note that all returns must be processed through our online portal to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all Moose Knuckles hangtags and security seals remain intact.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt for reference until your refund is processed.
